The ProteinMaker from Protein BioSolutions is an automated, powerful purification system for high-throuput parallel purification of up to 24 protein- or antibody-samples using cartridges or columns pre-packed with chromatographic media such as affinity-, IMAC-, IEX- or HIC-materials of various suppliers. This instrument allows multiple load, wash and elution buffers to be used in parallel along independent lines for up to 24 individual samples. This is accomplished by combining a x-y-z robotic system with 24 liquid dispensing manifolds controlled by an intuitive, easy-to-use software. As an option the system can be upgraded with a 24 channel UV-detector which allows to monitor the separation and will help you to identify the right fraction with your valuable protein. The separation can be performed using cartridges or columns of all major manufacturers.
