mIgG's were titrated (competition assay) using anti-mIgG Fc Chemibeads 615, Streptavidin Sensibeads 680 and biotinylated mIgG utilized as a tracer. A trace of biotinylated Chemibeads 545 were added in the mix as internal controls. Results show a progressive signal decrease at 615nm proportional to the mIgG's concentration. LLD was 30 pM and the dynamic range of detection spanned over 3.5 logs. Signal measured at 545nm remained stable at all mIgG concentrations substantiating the specificity of mIgG detection at 615nm. It's worth noting the chemiluminescence intensity (200,000 counts) recorded using a trace amount (2 µg/mL) of biotinylated Chemibeads 545 (Tb3+ embedded)! |
